Returns & Exchanges

e.mood product may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.  The product must be returned to e.mood in original condition for return/exchange to be processed. Once product has been returned to e.mood, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

TAXES/DUTIES ON REFUSED SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL ONLY):  

If international shipment(s) from e.mood are refused and jewelry is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes or customs charges incurred on the package.  This applies to both the original and return shipment.
